We really need to get a word of mouth and internet campaign going to have a lusty SEC chant BEFORE the title game kicks off next month. If it could be coincided with the opening comments of the broadcast, it would be a monumental How does my arse taste to the rest of the nation.

I just want to chant LSU at the end of the game. I will not take part in any conference pride bullshite for the sake of having some consolation prize knowing that even if we lose, the title stays in conference. Who cares, get a life.

Unless they have an on-field stage like at the Super Bowl(which is very likely), you won't know exactly when to chant.

I find it odd that the same people who take such perverse joy at flaming this site all day every day feel such disdain for doing it to the rest of the college football world in full HD.
I also say it should be BEFORE the game for the same reasons y'all mentioned. Once the kickoff happens, EFF YOU DITCH DIGGING BASTARDS.

Does anyone want to get together before the game on Bourbon, form a huge circle, chant Roll Tigers, and finish off everyone by doing the elephant walk while growling like a Tiger in a moment of kumbaya that will make every non-SEC school super jealous? That'll show 'em how united we are and how much we love the SEC.

Bama fans are all excited to be in the SEC, because that is the only way they got in this game - on LSU's coattails.
Understandable.
For LSU in this game, we earned our way in on our own merit, so we didn't need the SEC. We beat the Big East and Pac 10 champs as well and were looking forward to beating the Big 12 champ to basically run the table.
I do get Alabama's SEC pride this year, though.
