What a great season!

While I'd rather Bama's regular season not be quite over (SECCG) it is over and this has been a hell of a season. If you can't enjoy the 11 win seasons because of 1 loss to the best team in the country then you are watching this sport for all the wrong reasons.
Great season and great team Bama. Especially proud of the defense. Whatever bowl game they get, I hope Bama can finish off this season like it has all year (well 11/12 times). And at least Cade Foster gets another 40 days or so to practice

It was a great season. I'd rather switch places with LSU as far as BCS rankings, but other than that, it's gone well.

Agreed this is the kind of season I always imagined when I grew up playing football in the backyard.
Most of the time, I imagined LSU losing first and then getting the rematch. But the idea was that whoever the other team was they were ranked 1 and 2.

If the BCS does as it should - the BCS human factor, that is - the two best teams in all of college FB will meet (again) in January. How anyone can deny that LSU and 'bama are the those two best teams is beyond me.
Let us hope the BCS voters do the right thing.
That said, you folks won't mind if I don't wish you well next January in the dome, will you?
