does not want to play LSU again. They may say the politically correct things bc they want a BCS title, but they DO Not want to play LSU again! LSU took the fight out of Bama! After E Reid intercepted that ball Bama was not the same. that totally took their heart. 3 drives of absolutely nothing! There was no point in going into overtime! Our Oline was pushing them, our Db's were in the backfield! & TR was pulled a Lebron! When have you known TR to have a DB tackle him 1 on 1? Then back to back plays? Bama looked like the Russian in Rocky who when Rocky finally cut him, he was DONE! Bama may be saying "Rematch Rematch" but they are thinking "Georga! Georga!" So stop acting bold Bama fans you saw their faces their body language! You saw they gave up all execpt Hightower! He is indeed a man! Just say it "i'm an Alabama fan and i would rather not play LSU!" enough of this false pride!

Yep, after hearing for a month that we stand no chance, Alabama won't even bother showing up in New Orleans.

IF we played them again I think we'd beat them in pretty solid fashion. None of that business that happened in Tuscaloosa

so you all are saying you team didn't quit? come on be honest? They quit! Even the great TR quit! Everyone's saying Bama was the better team, Championship teams never give up! The reason Lebron James is still titleless!

Quitting would infer that LSU didn't earn a victory. Is that what you're saying now? That's like you're watering down what you accomplished.

late 4th q we wore Bama down No Doubt! but it took alot of work to get there. It was a chess match played out where our depth helped us prevail in the end. Who knows what will happen in part 2. I think JJ 100% could give us a lil more advantage then just depth and special teams. But like Bama has said before, the best team dosnt always win....

No "quitting" would mean that they had tried every measure gave it their all and it did not work! None of you are commenting about my reasons. All of you are just saying "yes bama does want to play" or "how bout we just not show up bc we've already lost." Tell me that Bama's offense did not look defeated after that INT! Tell me they didn't give up! All i am saying is admit it you'd rather not play LSU & LSU brought out a side of your Bama team that you've never seen!

LSU fans who do not agree that Bama gave up and would rather not play LSU again that's your opinion. It's not insane it's not idiotic. I'm tired of everyone making LSU the underdogs, the players are tired of it. Especially to a team that was pushed around beat up on & beaten on it's home turf that GAVE UP! You don't have to like my post, that's you. I don't care! Bama would rather play another team than LSU! the 1 team that they tried all they could, couldn't do much so they gave up!

It's a pretty dumb OP, but if you think about it, is it really all that dumber than the countless inane "LSU's scared of a rematch" threads we've been subjected to here for the past 3 weeks?

Not really.

You're right. We're done. Over with. This senior class doesn't want a shot at two national titles in their careers. Certainly not with that big bad LSU on the other sideline.

You seem to be pretty in tune with the feelings of the players and coaches of both teams. That's impressive.
