Were the people complaining about running up the score watching the series in question? Arkansas ran everybody up to the LOS and showed an all out blitz two plays in a row. Why on earth would they not expect LSU to check out into a pass play in that situation? If they didn't want LSU to throw they should have stayed in a base defense. When the all out blitz was shown they lost all room to complain about attempting a pass there.

Arkansas is a puppy still learning the ropes with the big dogs. You could tell them to act like they've been there, but the you realize that they haven't... That battle for third in the West with aTm is going to be nasty.

So did they. Being up by 21 points with 8 minutes to go isn't enough to let off the gas against an offense like their's.

To be fair, the passes that were called were glorified sweeps....they were at the LOS, not downfield.

We had an OL out, two receivers out, TE out, and frick we rotate 5 backs, we couldn't find one that sucked bad enough for Arky to tackle
