Franklin gets paid elsewhere? Personally I think he's a great coach and the big boys will be calling.

vandy was more than willing to pony up for their first choice before franklin was hired. i think the dynamics at vandy has changed. it seemed to start when they abolished their athletic dept. it's like football is now a club sport. it sounds bizarre and i'm not sure why, but i have a theory. i think they will raise the dough to keep him there (at least for a period of time). hell, it wouldn't surprise me if they expand the stadium.

nah. won't happen. many of their fans still have no clue where the stadium is or what times the games are. last time i was in nashville, i met several vandy fans downtown and they had no clue who their football team was playing that day.

Franklin has had time to see what he got himself into....a fat incompetent AD who makes 2.5M and is an embarassment...the man has no clue.

Franklin leaves ASAP.......Vandy needs to be in ACC....big time.

I live in Nashville and do not know one person who has been to a game this year!

Live in Nashville as well and agree. I think he's only here for a cup if coffee before getting a chance with a power school. Would be cool if he stayed with all the buzz he brings but don't see it going down like that. FWI I do hope they beat UT today
