Only if they win the SEC championship.

So you don't think LSU would fall in the BCS polls if they lost to a team that Bama destroyed.

Tell me more, you!

I don't know. It'll be a big mess of 1-loss teams if they do. I think strength of schedule favors LSU though

That said team would be a top 5 team. Possible both will be when LSU would have to play them. Kinda interesting that LSU would have to beat every top 5 team to win a championship. Not saying it would happen, by already beating Bama and Oregon and would potentially have to beat oSu assuming they win out, then having to beat Arky and UGA who may be ranked at the time they play at the end of the "regular" season, I am not sure this has ever happened. That would be pretty impressive.
There is a VERY long ways to go and the game at the end of this month is looming. Arky has the O to equal LSUs D. That being said, does LSU power run on Arky and shorten the game again this year?

LSU would have had their chance at home and still lost.

Arkansas would be better than LSU.

there is only one scenario in which we can make the BCS Bowl and that would be like an Okie state one and lsu three or four with us right behind LSU if we beat them. Not an impossibility but highly unlikely.

They would fall below Bama if 6>9, but it's not!!

Which is the exact reason why Arkansas will be ranked ahead of LSU after they beat them.

Only if you're the kind of fool who believes that's more telling than a head-to-head result on the road.

If Arkansas were to win, they would have to win big to jump LSU based off schedule

Ok...IF arky beats lsu, it has been determined by dale denton that arkansas is for sure 100% without a doubt better than lsu. well bama skull dragged arkansas which means bama is better and lsu beat bama which means lsu is better. right back where we fricking started.

This is all academic. Arkansas does not have a prayer agains LSU in Baton Rouge. Georgia is only 3rd best in the SEC.

I'm expecting to see OK State in New Orleans.

If LSU loses to Arkansas, Bama goes to the SECCG. A large number of voters/talking heads think Bama is the better team anyway. Then LSU loses to a team that Bama dismantled and you can bet they're going to drop LSU and put Bama and Arky in front of them.

Lessee, Teague,
You're thinking Bama passes Arkansas in that case?

Bama beat Arkansas at home. Bama LOST to LSU at hme. The Razorbacks would have beat LSU in Baton Rouge.

And you're thinking that voters see Bama as the better better choice? Not unless they are from Alabama.

I don't think Arkansas is going to beat LSU anyway, but if you think that Arkansas would jump Bama just by beating LSU, you're smoking crack.
