I think it lends credibilty to that fact that LSU fans are starving for a rival. You'll probably get angry at this being pointed out. That's a common sympton of a rejection complex.

we don't give a shite about a rival. we hate all of you equally.

Tpypical Bammer post. ETA: Tulane is a private school. The State legislature had nothing to do with them leaving the SEC or de-emphasizing sports.
