People who leave games early are usually labeled 2%ers

The smartest of aTm fans are 2%s. They detract from traditions and probably think it's about time to get the women off the football field and into cheerleading uniforms while moving the men from cheerleaders to football players.

I have a little book called the "Cadence" that they used to hand out to freshmen (this particular volume is from '47-'48), and it defines a 2%er as: "That 2% of the students who do not display true Aggie Spirit"
The term is sometimes applied as an epithet to anyone who displays dissent, but that is a misnomer. A&M has 39000 undergrads and sells 31000 student season ticket options (at half of face value of the ticket, over $200). Some of those students who don't buy tickets do so because they can't afford it, but others are what we'd call 2%ers.

A lot more than 2% were pouring out of Jerryworld early last week. And that was before Brod Green got the first down to close it out.
