Go take a look at Muschamp's Post Game press conference on the Florida Football home page- that is one beatdown/frustrated head football coach!

I like Muschamp, but he appears to be in over his head as a HC.

quote:i dont think he is. there will be growing pains of taking on a new job- head coach- at a place like florida. maybe after his offense put up only 222 yards of offense- with 65 on one play- he'll get more involved with the O and not leave it all to charlie ate the chocolate factory weis.

Arkansas didn't fare any better vs Bama, and they have a much better offense. UF has no RB's, that is more than half the issue, and still had opps until the QB went down. I don't think any team is going to sustain consistent offensive production vs Bama this season and will have to take advantage of any breaks and big plays during a game to beat them.

Maybe he'll stop having a fricking seizure everytime he gets upset about something. Dude's act is getting old FAST. I honestly think he's going to have to adapt or players, officials, and other coaches aren't going to respect him a whole hell of a lot. That stuff is fine if you're a position coach or even a coordinator, but you've got to have your head about you as a head coach. ESPECIALLY if you haven't really done anything in your career besides ride Saban's coattails.

Glad Miles doesn't respond like that.

if you lost your starting QB and had to play a true freshman QB who can't pass, i doubt you'd be happy, either

Hopefully this is where our defense comes in and flips the script; making big plays on d might be the difference against Alabama.

these are LSU fans you're talking about. if you're not 220 lbs, you're not a RB
UF does have some decent/good WRs, too

Yeah maybe they do have some decent WR's. I'm still resistant on a guy like Debose though.

These guys are athletes more than true running backs
They can't just line up and run over you for a first down IMHO...
this is why LSU and Bama are the 2 best teams in CFB

But they're running backs for them. Just because they aren't running backs that are going to be every down guys at every college or NFL, doesn't mean they aren't running backs.
Is Oregon's James a running back? For what they do, he's about as good as they come.

ole miss ran all over us with a wide receiver as a running back. what does it matter for his body type?
i would say that the running back has to match up with the style/play of the OL before they have to meet size parameters that you set.

The "I don't agree with you" comment seemed like he wanted to kill somebody
