About a dozen of us from BR and ATL coming up for the game but trying to find a halfway decent tailgate spot this time within half-mile of stadium. We're coming with two tents, stoves, chairs, tables, the whole deal. Anybody got space they can share or suggestions (real ones)? Thanks in advance for all legitimate answers.

Get there early and set up North of the strip (Cumberland Avenue).

went there in '06. there was a church next to a bridge w/ a view of the river. it think it is north of the stadium. Free pisser at the church and a 20 spot to park. easy walk to calhon's and to the stadium.

Must define early...

6 a.m. Seriously. We set up for every home game last year and if we didn't get there by 6:30 a.m. all the decent spots were taken.

Just a heads up.

That bridge is closed now, don't think it'll affect tail gating though. We usually park close to alcoa and grill out then work our way up. Try and see if there are any boat chartersthat drop off by the stadium, probably all sold out now.

Like some said, get there early. There is a parking lot behind the Walgreens on the strip, and a larger one basically right next to it(there are two houses in between). The Walgreens lot is flat, the others aren't.
