Give me 1 statistical argument why that would actually be the case.

Petrino has taken the hogs from 5 to 8 to 10 wins. We were a BCS team last year and are just getting better. Whereas UGA has gone from 9 to 8 to 6 wins over the same 3 years and will be looking to start over with a new coach if Richt somehow manages to frick up again with this easy-arse schedule.

Pretty sad Petrino was able to turn things around so quickly in just three years at Arkansas and in Richt's 7th-10th years at UGA his teams have just gotten worse.

And up until last year Richt averaged 10 wins over his entire tenure.

And we've been to 3 of em.

And in 3 years at UGA Richt had won the east twice, the SEC once, and 1 BCS bowl game. Also finished in the top 10 twice including a #3 finish.

But yeah....Arkansas is a big 6 school now

Give Petrino 10 years at Georgia at he would have won more championships and actually won a national title. Put Richt at Arkansas over the last 3 years and we're a 5-8 win team each year at best.

Also, I was only half fishing. Actually, only like 10 percent fishing. That really is how I feel about all those teams.

So accomplishing something he hasn't accomplished because you say it will happen is more impressive than actually doing it?

You continue to cite the three years and improvement under Petrino but Richt did more in his first three years.

SEC East and SEC as a whole was weak then compared to the SEC West of today as evidence by Richt's failure to continue that success over the past 3 years.
