He showed up for a recruiting trip to UK in Jean Shorts....
The owner of Kentucky Sports Radio and CBS Sportswriter, Matt Jones nicknamed him Jorts and it has stuck every since.
He is known to wear jean shorts around campus when it is warm in Lexington...he is really country...hell, his old man is sporting a camo UK hat these days.
