Well, if these ARE the tapes, then we know why the NCAA didnt act on them. Cant hardly hear shite and even if you could there is no real way of validating who it is thats speaking

can't make out the words too well, but the voice sounds like a younger man, not cecil. Sounds like someone made it up for a joke.

Maybe. Have you heard Cecil talk? I couldn't find any audio of him online to compare.
