Will the "Ethics concious" legislature in Alabama ever pass

a bill that makes it unlawful and punishable by serving 20-30 years in prison for anyone who has been convicted of a feloney and is serving in the school systems in any capacity. In addition make it mandatory that no retirement benefits be paid to anyone serving time for committing a felony for the duration of said jail/prison time.

I thought this was going to be about a proposed law to outlaw Auburn.

This sort of legislation will likely raise some opposition from AU and possibly some other places. The law would keep some pedophiles from applying for employment [who do so by hiding their prior convictions].
