East:
1. UF - I can't imagine them being down again.
2. USC - They bring back great skill players, but lose A LOT in the trenches
3. UGA - Murray's back, but they're still not good enough to win the East
4. Tennessee - Better than this past season, but still too young to do anything special.
5. Kentucky - Cobb, Hartline, and Locke all gone. I smell 27
6. Vandy - Could they be anywhere else?

West:
1. LSU - I think Leslie get's it done next year
2. MSU - They return a lot of players, and should have Mullen's entire playbook mastered. Senior QB, great running back, and a solid defense
3. Alabama - They lose a lot after this year, they'll still be a top 15 caliber team.
4. Arkansas - I have trouble putting them this low, but the west is going to be damn strong. Still top 25
5. Auburn - They lose more than anyone, and I don't think they have the players to reload right now.
6. Ole Miss - Vandy will beat them again next year.

Really? We lose one starting OL who has played sparingly the last two weeks due to a concussion. On D, we lost DE Cliff Matthews and DT Ladi Aijaboye.

Starting G, T, DE, DT, TE. Back up T.

Still this is less that I thought. I just don't see USC repeating. I'll pin it on the secondary play.

I expect the Hogs to be much better next year when we finally get rid of that immobile choke artist Mallett. We have nowhere to go but up.

I've got bad news for some of you.

I think we run away with the West next year. I don't believe Auburn nor Arkansas will be able to keep up with Bama and LSU. I'm not as high on MSU as some others are.

Bama returns a crap load on defense and actually should have some key pick ups that will make this the best defense in the SEC. We are better when we can play to our defense.

I think AJ is the real deal and whether Julio or Ingram return the real discussion should be up front. We started three freshman and a sophomore on Saturday. You would like to think they will improve.

Much like the '08 SEC championship was the excellerant to the '09 season I look for last Saturday to be the rallying cry.

If you want to say G. Chisolm is that starting guard, then you can. He is a walk-on who has started at times. Mostly this season since T. Campbell was hurt. I will give you that.
