Is LSU over-rated?

Compared to other 1 loss teams, was it really a surprise that we loss to Arky? I would like to hear constructive criticism from fans of other teams. I think it will paint a better perspective about what is wrong with this team. Is it the QB, coaching, the defense, or a combination? Please do not just flame.

If you looked at them on paper they look very good, if you have watched the games it makes you wonder.

Not really
The SEC West was just really really strong this year
AU is probably the best team in the country and I'd say that LSU, Bama, and Arkansas are all probably about the same quality and are all about in the 8-12 best teams nationally.

Yes, at 5 LSU was overrated. Your athletes are second to none, but your qb and coach are not top 5 IMO. Great game, as expected! I'm hoping that our game develops into a nice rivalry game over the years.

So all week you guys were the best team in the country outside of Auburn and Arkansas should have just rolled over and hand you the win and now you are overrated?

honestly I can find serious deficiencies with every cfb team this yr in the sec. Yalls defense is good but this was not anything like that 2003 defense. Auburns defense is not NC calibur either. If they get behind Oregon by 24 they will not catch them.

Hate to say this becasue I like you guys. But after today I have to say. sort of. Make bad decisions as a team and hurts. Still better than UF at the moment.

It's hard to say that an SEC team with 1 loss (to the #2 team)this far into the season is overrated, but inconsistency catches up with you. Against a monster of an offense, LSU's luck ran out.

We aren't a top 5 team. Top 15, top 20. But still I'm happy with a 10-win season.

Hatcher was the worst starter on the field and I don't understand why he plays.
Miles should have taken a timeout when it was clear LSU's defense was tired and was getting hammered as a result.
Jefferson played like garbage yet again. He plays Qb with the intelligence of a 13 year old.

honestly, how does jefferson STILL get the nod..i mean does miles just not have the heart to tell him he needs to hold a clipboard??? cause if JLEE plays all year, i dont think they lose 2 games..just sayin..jefferson is inept..in a bad bad way..

Arky is underrated.
I said a couple of weeks ago whoever the home team is would win. I think LSU and Arky are both legit top ten teams.

I think the reason he did most of yesterday was cus he played so well the week before. (well for him anyway)
