Does the Sugar Bowl have to take Arky?

Just wondering. I realize that this is the logical choice if uscE loses to to auburn, but are they locked in to arky?

No they don't have to. LSU and Arky will both be eligible. I don't think Ark has been to a BCS game before though so that would be a huge draw and bring in tons of fans so I'd assume it would go to Arky. BCS games are all about the money so whichever choice they think will bring in more money will get the pick.
