What happens if NCAA Vacates Auburn's wins in Late December?

I tried searching for this type of scenario before posting... sorry, just too many threads posing possible "what if" scenarios... so, sorry if Germans.
But, I was thinking... What if Aubbie wins out and is selected to play for BCSNCG against the ducks... or TCU... and then, late December, early Jan the NCAA receives damning evidence making Cam ineligible and all of Aubbie's wins are vacated and ineligible for post-season play.
At this point -- all bowl bids would have been sent and accepted. Does BCS renegotiate the BCS bowl games? Or do they simply not have a NCG for this season?
For the record -- I truly do congratulate Auburn on a great season. I hope your school has not paid for Cam's services. I hope your team wins the NC and I hope Cam wins the Heisman. However, if any booster, or any other school official paid anyone to entice Cam to go to Auburn -- I hope your program suffers the most serious of penalties.
Until that happens -- I will be rooting for Auburn to win the NC. I will also be hoping that somehow Oregon, TCU, and Boise all lose a game to end their seasons and that LSU somehow makes it to the NCG against Auburn. LSU will kick Auburn's arse given a second shot.

I just want to see Auburn finish another season unbeaten with no shot at the national title. No idea if it can actually happen, but I may die of laughter.

They very well could judge Cam to be ineligible by then and make him ineligible for the bowl game but any wins being vacated and such would come at the end of a lengthy investigation. No way that occurs before the bowl games are played.

As far as cam is concerned that "could" happen in the next couple of weeks but the auburn part is going to take a while. The NCAA investigation will take a while and when auburn receives the PLOI the investigation will be over, not just starting.

First of all, I am firmly convinced that Bama beats them at home so it won't matter...with that aside...
The NCAA, it would seem anyway, has a vested interest in preventing another national title being vacated in such a short time. It appears they are really expediting interviews right now.
I think there is a slight (< 10%) chance that the NCAA pulls Auburn in mid-December and replaces them with the BCS #3 team. However, they will have to shortly thereafter be ready to finalize their report and issue formal sanctions as well. The NCAA would have to have an almost perfect case or smoking gun before pulling a team from the national title. I don't know that they have it....but the FBI might.

Which UT sports aren't currently being investigated by the NCAA?

The important question is which sports will receive serious sanctions for anything? The answer is maybe basketball if we don't fire Pearl after this season. Maybe baseball, but I don't really care about that.

You can bet your house that the NCAA will never let this happen. I'm not sure why everyone thinks somehow that AU will be penalized at this point. If the NCAA is unwilling to declare him inneligible at this point they are unlikely to do so before AU wins the BCSNC.
If the NCAA had any inkling that Newton's eligibility is at question you can bet that 'leaks' would be rampant so that Heisman and Harris/Coaches poll voters would have a good idea about AU having to eventually vacate wins.
Since there is nothing out there at this point suggesting the NCAA has any real questions regarding Newton's eligibility, and since AU played Newton, it is a safe bet that AU/Newton will not be penalized.
This changes if any evidence actually surfaces that says Cam Newton participated in the solicitation of MSU; or if AU was solicited and failed to report that to NCAA. The latter seems unlikely at this point.

If this happens you will see teams jump LSU in human polls.

Don't bury your head in the sand, Auburn will not escape NCAA sanctions. This case is going to be really easy for the NCAA, expect to get hammered.

I agree with everything you said... but, you really didn't answer my questions. Under the potential scenario, I assume:
This story is a few weeks old. I just don't see the NCAA letting this drag out and potentially impact the BCSNC -- they can't afford to have a championship vacated after the fact -- so, I think they push to get this closed quickly.
I expect one of two things to happen within the next 3 weeks: NCAA releases offical statement, "The investigation into Cam Newton's eligibilty is officially closed - he is eligible at Auburn"
- OR -
"Cam Newton has been declared inelgibile and all 2010 Auburn wins will be vacated."
Again - I hope they win it all.
