Use metaphors to describe your team

We're Ronald McDonald. All of the employees accuse us of treating them like shite and not washing our hands properly, but we're Ronald McDonald... all they can do is watch as we bring home the pay check. And we'll use it to pay off the inspectors.

We are a flash in the pan. Good for one, maybe 2 years before we go back down. Never can be good for more than 2 years at a time. It's really frustrating.
