I have to admit that I feel a little bit sorry for the UT program. This Kiffin Debacle will delay their return to the SEC's elite. But then again Bruce Pearl is your basketball coach and ya'll had peyton as qb so I can't feel too bad for the "old hounds". I wonder if Kiff's departure changes Lil Berry's "early" commitment. He does after all have 5 or 6 more years before he signs the letter of intent.

Very True

Bama has a great coach in Saban but has deficiencies in other athletic programs (basketball, baseball)

UK's a joke in football but a Final Four Contender in Basketball

Vandy's got... I mean they've got... well at least they're competitive (see Duke Football 1990's til 2008).

Ole Miss is pretty balanced, but not elite in one sport. They're coming along in basketball but playing perennial chokers in baseball.

Moo State's mediocre in football, good in basketball, decent in baseball.

Arky's got the capability of an 8 win season in Football every year, not much to speak of in baseball until recently. Basketball's getting up there.

Auburn Football's stuck in limbo between being an average 7-5 squad and being a 10-2 contender. Basketball's been a joke since Barkley left. Baseball is decent (except for their "lil green monster").

Georgia Football, much like the current state of the LSU program, is trying to get back in the arms race with the SEC's elite in football (now UF and Bama). Basketball's been a joke, and we only rooted for you a couple years ago cuz we liked that long haired reliever on your baseball team.

LSU has stepped down from the elites in football the past two seasons, but still have enough talent to compete with any team in the nation. Basketball is on the rise (especially with next years freshman class), and baseball has resurrected itself to Dynasty Level.

Florida's damn good in Football. Solid in basketball. Decent in baseball. blah blah, we know.

It sucks in some way or another for every athletic program in the SEC except UF.
