He was promised the new arena. Basically, Auburn is gonna use him to get us the new arena, get UNC to come down here and play us (since he played for them under Dean in the 80's), and then be shown the door after next season. Unless Auburn doesn't win more than 3 conference games this year.

Sorry, I failed to realize that I was responding to an Auburn fan. Should have known I would have had to try to think as if my IQ were 50 points lower.
Then perhaps I would have been able to grasp the stupidity of the whole UAT being Bama angle.

I watched that bullshite game the other night where we got curb stomped by Sam Houston State, and there were literally about 32 people in the building, not including the players. I know school's out, and AU has never really packed the venue, but it is damn pathetic. We've been hearing for years about rebuilding the program.
