He's trying to decide between drinking a Coke or Pepsi right now. Its a really tough decision, and he wants to be sure about it. I think the longer he and his family talk about it, the more likely he is to go with the refreshing taste of Coca-Cola.

I think Newton is coming to Auburn as well and should be announced soon.

Just talked to asst. coach again for Miss. St. and he continues to swear Newton is already a done deal. Im not 100% positive he's coming but I'm close. I am going to take this guys word for it until I hear different. Thats twice he told me he is a Bulldog Lock!. It feels really good to hear him say it and to be so sure about it.

I said earlier in one of the thousand Newton threads on here, I wouldnt bet on Cam going to Auburn..
I have been out of town lately, but a certain coach told me that yesterday too.
I never trust college recruits until they sign but this coach said it was a done deal a long time ago and was told to have fun on his visits
Like I said though, you never say its a done deal until they sign. Auburn has a great program.
Honestly, I think the clock will strike 12 and we will be standing there alone.

I really think that there is a Chance that we may actually get Newton, the fact that he didnt commit on the spot when Auburn offered him this past weekend says something. I also didnt read much in his articles from Rivals and Scout that mentioned Chizik talking much to him at all.
I hope that Cameron knows how important a relationship between a Starting QB and their head coach is, and he should know that he will have that with Dan Mullen at Mississippi State.
