Last year's victims were:
Tommy Bowden
Fulmer
Croom
Tuberville.

Next year's possiblities are:
Paterno
Spurrier
Miles

Paterno is safe until he croaks.

Spurrier... if we hand him his arse, things will heat up in Columbia.

And if we beat LSU handily, Miles' seat will definitely get hotter.

Paterno may quit after this year. Spurrier just signed a one year extension. Losing to Alabama on its own wouldn't run Miles out of town, but if he loses another 4 or 5 games he'll probably be wise to get out on his own.

Next year's possiblities are:
Paterno - Saban's three years at UA has no bearing on PSU
Spurrier - If they don't fire him over losing to Urban, they're not firing him over Saban
Miles - Maybe, depending on the rest of the schedule

Reading ability pretty poor or are you just kind of defensive

If you don't think the beatdown Alabama put on a preseason top 10 team and one that was a sleeper pick to win the national title had anything to do with Bowden being fired you're crazy. The whole "he always underachieves" thing cranked up immediately and he barely made it halfway through the season. He never regained his teams' focus, and the phone call to Saban after the game asking him what he did wrong didn't help

It'll take more then losing to Alabama to get Miles fired. Another poor offensive season, not utilizing our talent, terrible clock management, wasting opportunites to score (see UGA game), not playing with any intensity in the 2nd half after dominating the 1st half, letting the other team come back, etc..

Yeah and that came from 10 years of that crap happening year-in and year-out. No Clemson fans were thinking "we lost to 'Bama.. fire Bowden!"

and it won't happen if SC loses to 'Bama this year. Especially if they're as good as expected and ranked high.

Your arrogance is astounding. Do you really think that Saban is the reason these guys are no longer here? I almost kind of feel sorry for ya little fella.

That's why I said his seat will get hotter. It would contribute to the growing dissent among LSU fans.
