As posted in the Tiger rant...

The SEC commissioner won't be reading emails from fans. They will only answer to their sponsors.

If you are serious about protesting league officiating, contact SEC sponsors. Write a simple, polite letter explaining your position. Tell them you will no longer purchase their products until the SEC initiates real change. Include a "thank you for your concern". No foul language, poor grammar, ranting. Look for the major sponsors on the SEC website.

This method is most commonly used against broadcasters, but it works against any organization dependent upon corporate sponsors. No company wants to be associated with controversy, and if enough fans complain, the SEC will be forced to respond.

I walked into the Publix in Helena, AL Friday night and saw LSU ballons in the display. Of course I asked who's idea that was. Turns out the manager is a recent transplant who is an LSU fan. Looks like I'll be going to the Winn Dixie across the street more.
