..was its series with Arkansas in 2005 and 2006.
Here's some highlights. 2006 2005
Man what asswhippings. USC's Offense was UNSTOPPABLE. What athletes. What precision.
Hey can somebody remind me: Who was SC's Offensive Coordinator back then? Also, who was SC's recruiting coordinator??
Man, whoever it was must have been a god among men.

They also took Auburn to school twice in 02 and 03. That's one reason why Auburn was seen as #3 out of the three undefeated teams in 2004.

Unfortunately, Fulmer has left us with slightly less talented athletes than Carroll & Kiffin had in those days at SC.

I love how even on an SEC website we are referred to as USCjr.

Also, did anybody know that Lane Kiffin fellow led USC to THREE CONSECUTIVE RECRUITING NATIONAL TITLES as USC RC. Amazing. That's even better than Sabear!!

Actually, they only beat them pretty good in 2003. The 2002 game in USC was very close if I remember correctly.

Do people really consider those National Titles?

FWIW, McFadden was hurt, and was strictly a decoy. He wasn't healthy until the Auburn game.

Two things
1. It's not that hard to out coach Houston Nutt
2. In the end, Kiffykins laid an egg to UCLA costing him a ring and he couldn't win the big one vs. Texas in those years.
Kiffykins = Meh

This
Kiffin cost USC a national title in 2006. That's an indisputable fact

It must be so hard to get 18 year olds to go to Southern California.... A goat could recruit at SC.

This is one of the most desperate threads I think I have ever seen.

The OC was Norm Chow from 2001-2005. The Recruiting coordinator was Ed Orgeron from 2001-2004. Kiffin was the co-OC with Steve Sarkisian from 2005-2006. Regardless, its easy to bill yourself as some great offensive mind and recruiting guru when you came in after the building had been done.

If a goat could recruit at SC, then why could nobody recruit there in the nineties until Orgeron and then Kiffin took over the recruiting.
I don't think Kiffin is a goat, I think he will be THE GOAT. GREATEST OF ALL TIME>

Lane only had a job at USC because of Monte and his friendship and mentorship of Carroll
