Is having a bad year and the coaches need to come up with ways to get him the ball where the other team doesn't have a chance to send their entire secondary to cover him.

he doesn't really have to score too many if other teams can't even pass our goal line

People like Calvin Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, Michael Crabtree, and AJ Green whooped/whooping arse regardless what others did. People want to put him in that class and I just don't know how.

Toliver looks fricking ridiculous when he actually gets the ball in our currently shitty offense. He doesn't get the types of props of Julio.

I for one would like to see him stop dropping passes all the time. I'm not somebody who thinks he needs to score every game, because he is a great decoy, but when the ball comes your way and its reasonable to do so, catch it.

I say he has been having a bad year, but in his defense knee injuries are hugely problematic for receivers. If you lose the ability to push off on that leg then your routes suffer. He looked much more explosive out of his cuts against OM and I expect him to contribute a lot more down the stretch.

If he doesn't have to score TDs is he a beast or is the rest of your team?

Julio does not have great, or really even good hands to be perfectly honest. He has everything else, but unfortunately he is going to be a lot like T.O. in that regard.

That is kind of a bad thing to be a possession receiver with bad hands.

Jeez. 9 players are covering him and he still makes a catch

Possession receivers are big guys who catch the ball and might gain another 2 or 3 yards after catch. Julio almost always gets 10 or more yards upfield before going down. He also has good enough speed to burn DBs. Not a possession receiver at all. To me he is T.O. sans the attitude. Suspect hands and all

No doubt that the SEC refs are on the case.

When it takes 9 people to take you down that's what I call a beast. Hence the beginning of the thread. Any other questions?

Has to be the "sophomore slump" .....well...hopefully anyway. He's dropped some easy touchdowns this year. Honestly, if I were the opposing D, I would stop double-covering him until he decided to show up again.

I don't think we can really use the "he's double/triple/quadruple/hendecuple covered anymore. Like was said above, the other guys have to deal with it too and they're still making plays. C'mon Julio!!!!
