I figured I would start a new topic instead of buried in the other thread to make it easier for lsuin09 and BT4LSU to find.

The nature of the charge indicates no injuries to any party and that it wasn't some random bar fight or anything. It's a domestic dispute kind of thing. Also a young lady was arrested on the same date with the same charge. It doesn't necessarily mean she was involved in Courtney's arrest, but it is a big coincidence. A poster on Tidesports says she's friends with football players.

Check out this thread on Tidesports about it. LINK

I was going to call my brother who is in school there to see what it's all about but it's nearly 2:30 down that way and it really doesn't look like anything serious based on that description.

I was expecting much worse. Like maybe another bar brawl or resisting arrest or something. And thank God he didn't rob anybody or deal cocaine outside the athletic department.

Women hate taking bad pictures, she probably made the cop stop at her house so she could get ready for her mugshot. She didn't want to look like Wynonna Judd did in her's...

I guarantee Saban won't do anything about it, because he is a complete and total joke when it comes to discipline.

Bammer has had 10 or 12 players arrested by the police since Saban arrived in Tuscaloser. Most or all of those players received little or no punishment from Saban.

He gave it up since the bad experience with DJ Hall a few years back. He had to cut that experiment short after halftime and they still lost to La Monroe.

What was the deal with Brandon deadrick awhile back? Didnt he try to break a police car window after being arrested?

The only bammer players that have received any punishment from Saban for being arrested by the police were Jimmy Johns and Jeremy Elder.

The precedent Saban has set is that felons will be kicked off the team, but other players will receive no punishment at all.

I stand by my earlier comments that Saban is a complete and total joke when it comes to discipline

Brandon Deadrick was arrested by the Tuscaloser Police Department in the fall of 2008 for disorderly conduct, giving a false name, and resisting arrest. After his arrest, Brandon Deadrick tried to kick the window out of a police car.

Brandon Deadrick received no punishment from Saban for that incident, which is further proof that Saban is a complete and total joke when it comes to discipline

That's not true. If he needs a scolly your arse is gone. He will likely be kept on the team for the season until another player can be recruited to take his spot and then he will be forced to transfer 10 mohths after the fact.
