Meyer. He is a great coach and knows how to win.

I'd have to go with Saban (as much as I don't want to). The man demands excellence.

I'd go with Meyer or Spurrier.

Spurrier can still coach, he's just in a crappy place.

Saban. I don't think Notre Dame has a secret stash of money waiting for him, and he is a helluva coach.

Saban...he's a really good recruiter and coach.

Urban Meyer. He's young, innovative, and can recruit with the best of them. I'd give him the edge over Saban strictly because of his age.

ETA: But in all honesty; I wouldn't exactly be unhappy with Petrino, Richt, or Saban.

5 or more years ago, Spurrier.

But as of now Saban.

If wasn't for Florida St. he'd have more NC's and probably still at Florida.

I wouldn't mind having Spurrier back.

I think it's just a testimony to how strong this league is with Head Coaches. No other conference compares to the overall talent in coaching with what the SEC has.

saban. meyer may ultimately have more success, but Saban is a barrel monkeys compared to urban crier.

It seems like every year the SEC progresses. I'm wondering how much longer this success will continue?

Richt. He's not as good as Meyer or Saban, but I've always liked and respected him as the face of the leghumpers. If Chizik works out well for AU, I wouldn't mind him taking a page from CMR's book in regards to how he handles himself.
