I think wearing a game jersey looks odd on a grown man.

I attribute this to your not being retarded.

Girls are sexy with them on. Wear what you want to wear. At least you are supporting your team.....

In all honesty I think the way Ole Miss fans dress to go to a game looks even more ridiculous than a grown man wearing a jersey. They seem to think that others laugh at them because the ones laughing lack class and never dress nice and/or think it's ok to wear jeans and a t shirt everywhere.

The reality is, that every other person outside of Ole Miss' fanbase wears nice clothes to work, a restaurant, going out, a party, some formal social setting, etc. And for football games, we wear comfortable clothes - jeans, shorts, t shirts, polo shirt, etc.

I think that LSU fans should all get together and wear a tux to the game in Oxford this year just to prove a point at how ridiculous they look.

I mean, really...wearing a jersey bothers you people, unless it looks authentic? I've never worn a jersey to a game, but it never bothered me one bit to see other people wearing it, no matter what the age. Maybe watching the NFL first had something to do with that.

Now if you want to talk about the girls who dress whore-style, that's much higher up on the lame scale.

this thread sucks. Honestly, who gives a shite what other people wear to a game? I wear a jersey to the games, and if you dont like it then get that stick out of your arse.

I agree with this...I think it looks great seeing people in P&G, no matter whether it's a jersey or something else.

However, we do have the real authentic LSU jerseys and we love wearing them to show off our Tiger pride...go yourselves to whomever doesn't like them.

You wear a football jersey and you don't even play for the team.

did you ever consider that much fewer people are going to be willing to mess with someone that's 6'5", 260?

i know i'd be less inclined.

I always stunt a Bashara jersey on the front row of the PMAC FWIW. I'm retiring though

These figs who follow recruiting and fawn over 17-18 boys are infintely more gay than a guy wearing a jersey on gameday.

they're not fawning over boys as you mentioned. they're dreaming about how much better their team could potentially be.

but i know what u mean. i have a friend that's ALL into recruiting. and he knows every damn recruit's name, position, 40 time, school, and schools they're interested in. it's definitely an obsession. but make no mistake, they don't care about the guy so much as their team.

+1

Some of you are projecting waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy too much. The people who wear jerseys probably think some of you are tools too. And the thing is, both of you are right. Grown men who worry about what other grown men wear are weak.

I only have one issue with jerseys, and that's the people who buy an authentic jersey and put their last name on it. That is definitely weak

Didn't feel like reading all the gay arse fashion police comments so here is my opinion. If you are queer enough to be overly concerned about other people's fashion then you should be on queer eye for the straight guy. Otherwise don't f'ing worry about what other people wear. If you are that concerned about fashion I would bet that you aren't going to be talking to much shite about jersey wearing fans anyway.
