it's just a jersey. doesn't matter how much you spend. i think they're refering to the look of it.

The nice real jerseys for kids and women are perfectly acceptable. Grown men in a jersey should be tackled, blocked, chopped, and beaten until they get the message.

i feel you in a way though as far as the looks of them. i don't know, i think my deal with them is that when a MAN wears another dude's numbers like the player is "the man" or "BADASS" or whatever you wanna say... it's like you're saying you're his bitch.

Authentic is for adults, replica iron on stuff is for the kids. I have no problem with wearing gear that supports your team. The face painting and super hero costumes are a little weird I think.

I thought authentic=replica? The link I posted is technically a replica, but it's a $60 jersey. I honestly thought the real jersey's were closer to $100.

With the way grown men suck off recruits these days, wearing a jersey seems tame.

I get that the guy with his earnhardt hat, jorts, and walmart jersey looks retarded. But wearing a jersey with some khakis and tennis shoes isn't bad imo.

Is it okay that I mow the yard in a gold #34 Cecil Collins jersey I bought about 10 yrs ago on the mark down table for $10?

Wearing a jersey with a player's number or name on it is like idolizing that player.

Its just creepy when a 40 y/o man wears the jersey of a 19 y/o kid unless that kid is his son.

NFL jerseys are slightly less creepy.

grown men wearing jerseys of 18-20 year olds = scum.
Leave the jersey wearing to the children. Adults should wear a nice Polo/button down with the team name/logo.

A grown man wearing a jersey is never acceptable college or pro for any occasion. Whoever called it creepy was dead on.

I don't know.

I do know that it's perfectly fine to wear a jersey to a pro sporting event. Apparently it's classless to wear one for a college game. And you know Bama fans and our obsession with "class."
