yeah. I think he can coach. I didn't realize he's in his forties. Dude always looked about 28 to me I don't think he'll turn out a bust like Pelphrey looks like so far. One thing I worry about with good coaches at schools like LSU and Alabama (in basketball, not football) is that if they have alot of success, will they be looking for the next big job. Say if a Syracuse or Mich State happened to open.

True that's why we have to enjoy our coaches why we have them and hope we can match (which both of us can) whatever money another school throws at them....

i would rather the SEC be talked about like it was this year in basketball than have bama be decent at anything.
