Is he pretty much locked up at Ole Miss or is there any possible move to Auburn.

Sexton is his agent correct?

If he isn't locked up there would be no reason for him to leave within the next 2-3 years. We have enough talent for a couple SEC championship game runs. Auburn has no such thing.

He will not be leaving Ole Miss anytime soon. He is a god up here right now. He's here until he gets all his own guys and alternates 9 and 4 win seasons.

so true. people up here don't seem to realize he is doing awesome will Coach O's players. Nutt is not a very good recruiter and relies on one or two players every other year to save his arse i.e. Matt Jones, DMac/FJones.

Once he gets his own guys? Eck. Nutt is not known for recruiting?

Anyway, thanks for the info.

I would be very surprised for Nutt to leave Ole Miss. He appears to be a perfect fit there. The players must have bought into his program from the very start.

And I don't know if this counts or not, but Oxford, Mississippi is probably the nicest town and best place to live of any SEC town.

I just don't see him being interested in Auburn but who knows.

One other thing, Nutt is number one in Mississippi. He won't be the big dog in Alabama. That's just the way it is.

they have bought in for now and i expected they would. Nutt is a rah rah type coach and good with shite like this. wait till expectations are put on him and see how he performs.

imo he is the college football version of daddy dale. He can get the shitty teams to play up and good with the under dog angle. when you make him the favorite its not as good.

I appreciate it the love, but Athens, Georgia is where it is at. Oxford might be two or three though.

The cool thing is that he can play the underdog role with these players every week, because they have never been expeceted to win. I even expect some carry over next year.

id say it depends on what you are looking for. if you want a down home small town feel. athens and oxford are up there at the top.

If you are looking for a city, Nashville is easily the best.

You do know Ole Miss beat LSU 31-13 right? We could have easliy beaten you worse. Do you really think that there isn't enough talent on the team to make it to a championship game?

i think you likely would have won either way, but it's fairly obvious the team quit IMO. they let troy build a 28 point lead the week before

My point was that any team that beats an LSU team that bad has enough talent to make a trip to Atlanta.
