The whole nation is down on the Longhorns.

Game is on the Longhorn Network.

Coaches fired. Players embarrassed.

Top RB out. Starting QB concussed.

WAOM.

We lose by at least 3 TDs.

Jevan Snead realizes he has a year of eligibility left, wears David Ash's uniform, throws 4 TDs and zero INTs. We lose by 40.

We will not lose that bad. We hang in there the whole game, hold a lead for at least one full quarter, and then lose the game on a big play or two at the end.

Because WAOM.

You have to admit that it is pretty much a perfect WAOM situation.

It's so perfect, I'm hoping it works in reverse.

Vandy set up perfectly as well. Started off the game quick with a couple scores. Get down a couple scores, then flurry back to take the lead only to lose it with 90 sec to go in the game and then throw a pick or something trying to come down the field. Im praying Jeff Scott broke us of the WAOM for a while with his 75yd td to win it.

We're gonna win... Both Mathers and Moncrief will have huge games... Apparently the line is back up at -2.5 .... This game and aTm will be the only two that I actually bet on the Rebels this season.

I feel about how I did for the Vandy game, to be honest. Don't know what to expect.

I'm not enthused about this game. I am looking ahead to BAMA and feel we have an even shot.

We have to stay healthy, and show we have a running game, and BAMA has to have a tough match against John Show Me the $$.

I don't feel the game will be as bad as last year but see us losing by 10 or so. I hate this matchup worse than the Vandy game to start the season. Really don't know what to expect from us or them.

Yeah.... Where did you get those prescriptions from? Rayner?? I may have to stop by too.

In my opinion, I think we will know within the first 7-8 mins. If we get a 10-14 point lead quick, I think we'll blow them out. Just the opposite, If they come out strong and jump on us. We're gonna have to fight like hell not to be blown out like last year. I hope i'm wrong but thats what i'm feeling.

If Texas would've won last weekend, I would feel alot better about our chances. They would be 2-0 and looking over the team they manhandled last year. Instead, OUR game is their season. They lose this game and its done. I could be completely wrong but thats the Ole Miss fan in me thinking. Hope for the best, expect the worse.

I do think if/WHEN we win, Mathers is gonna have a breakout game. He's our physical runner and we're gonna need that bad. Vince Sanders should be able to help some too. I dont expect him to have the game of his life or even to play a whole lot but they will be worried about Logan, Moncrief, Treadwell, and Engram. That should leave him open to make some crucial catches.

Obviously Bro is gonna have to play good too. they're gonna load the box and make him beat us with his arm. I hope he's up to it. I know he has 0 turnovers this year but I can think of 4 off the top of my head that should've been picked and ALL 4 could've been pick 6s. He cant make those errant throws this weekend.
