Meh, I'm not sure what else the ncaa can look at tunsil for that they haven't found by now. He's been probably the most heavily scrutinized player/recruit of ours, especially after his investigation/suspension last year.
I'd guess the screenshots are fake.
As for what he said, he'll just say he was caught up in the moment and misspoke.
