Tunsil's running.
Rawling will be running in a week.
Aaron Morris a month away.

What's the deal with Davion?

On if Chad Kelly is where Freeze hoped he’d be in his development:

“He’s actually a little bit ahead, I think. Those other kids have had two years with us. Chad’s really had 15 days. I was impressed with his football IQ and the way he came in and studied things. I thought he picked up things nicely and had some really good practices. We’re searching for consistency with him and the others. Whoever’s the most consistent is probably going to be the guy. I think one of the biggest criteria I’ll look at is how do they handle this off time now and their decision-making off the field and how the team rallies around them. I’m curious to see those things.”

Woods senior film is impressive. Only way he was a 3* is his size but 2 inches & 20 lbs should fix that if he can keep the 4.4 forty time. Could see him as a true SS or OLB if he can get up to 225-230lbs.

I think he will just be a ball hawk. He will likely end up at the Huskie position. But his speed would also be good on the back end of the defense. He played a lot of safety in high school. I would like to know if he can catch punts.

I personally think he should bulk up and play stinger... He plays with a lot of instinct and that's most prevalent when he blitzes and shows his striking capability

Add in his speed for coverage and I think he would be hell on a QB or someone roaming the flats

I think your reasons give more credence to him playing Husky.

Conner plays with a ton of instinct and is often asked to cover the flats or crossing routes. You rarely see him in coverage down field.

But you rarely see Connor blitzing... That's really where Woods shines and that's a big part of the stinger position

Neal talked to someone who said Aaron Morris is down to 313. If his leg gets healthy and he stays in shape that is HUGE.

I would think that is from muscle loss since he hasn't ran since January. He has to get in shape before he can stay in shape.

This. Why would we have any faith that Either Morris or Bell can be average starters?

They are both trash.

Aaron Morris was solid pre-ACL. If he can keep the weight off, then he will be fine. Justin Bell, however, should not be starting.

He was not solid last year. This is his second major injury of his sub par college career.

But one of those two has to start opposite Rod, right? Surely Javon Patterson can outplay those two.

He was talking about prior to his first ACL.
