He's always been there.

Nigel is right behind him. Would be great to lock him down bc I think he's going to be a top 20 player by seasons end.

Really want him, but I don't think we get him.

What happened to Deontay Anderson? Wasn't he going to commit pretty soon?

He took an unofficial to Texas am this weekend with mctelvin agim and some other recruits on campus there.

I think he may wait for awhile or the right time to commit.
Still confident with our status IMO.
Drake Davis should be the next commitment.

Alex Smith.

Athletic. Good on the run. Accurate. Not the best downfield arm.

You obviously have never seen him throw. I know a parent of a in State QB prospect that went to a Nike event over in TX this summer and he was the best deep ball QB out of all the prospects. And this was the day after he pitched a baseball game for Calvary Baptist. Then I saw him at the Medicomp and no one there was on his level. I am not saying he has an arm like Farve, Jeff George, McNair or Cutty but it is "live" and he can throw it on a wire.

Alex Smith is a fair comparison but with his mechanics, especially footwork, I think more along the line of Drew Brees but 2"-3" taller.

I doubt Nigel Knott moves anywhere but down since he tore his meniscus and is out 6-10 weeks.

He has a chance to do good if he's able to play in the Under Armour game

Tru dat, forgot about the all star circuit. Just wonder how much rust he will have to shake off being sidelined basically all season.

Brock Berlin 2.0. A lot of unrealistic expectations are being placed on this kid
