Reduced scholarship question

Say if we give up 4 per year but NCAA says 6 then we add 2 to what we self imposed. At least that's how I interpreted it.

Thanks, wasn't sure of exact number cause I tried to block it out lol. If it's 13 I say NCAA says 20 Or 25 and we add that to ours. It's going to take a few years after to even get back to having a full team. One thing that comes to mind is depth in the SEC. Basically our starters couldn't get hurt at all for a while. On a different note, I did like the offense, even though I say run more. Eventually a big hole will open. Also it keeps them honest in the passing game. Another thing is, our defense, or lack of. We played better than last year and we also attacked more. But arm tackles, dbs not turning around, and dbs having to come up and make tackles the line or lbs should have made needs work. It's a new scheme I get that and I think in time once everyone is back and on the same page we could be mediocre. We severely, don't care what anyone says, lack depth needed in this league. We have a few playmakers but not enough, and with reductions we're going to have to really be picky who we sign. Find me a 3 star who wants to make a name for himself and never takes a play off, then I'll take that every day over a 5 star only looking to get drafted and do interviews. Sorry I got off subject and it's a wall of text, but haven't said much after the game. I do think that quite alot,on offense, are playing that us against the world type. Now we need the defense to all come together. I'm hoping time fixes that.

I also wonder how many are waiting to hear results of the committee.
Offense doesn't seem to be worried and I honestly don't think they were just out there auditioning for others. I think they have bought in to longo and Luke.

We just need the defense big time to buy all in and make more stops, and add some kind of depth. If not, we're in for quite a few shootouts. And hope no one thinks I was bashing, just saying we need more help on D and with the way things are looking, it may be a while before we can add anyone of note.
