Really thankful for the way Freeze approaches football.

Freeze refuses to be a dick about the Egg Bowl.

This man is such an awesome representation of our school and fanbase. We couldn't ask for a better face for our program.

You're not seeing the real picture. You've been lured in by his lies and his sappy moralism.

He's a false prophet who catches his prey and then corrupts them with cash, women, drugs, and rock and roll music. Then, as soon as they realize they've wasted their careers, and ruined their souls, he tosses them aside and loads up with a fresh wave of young, naive victims.

I read all of this on the Internet.

Don't lash out at me because your coach is a heartless monster who feeds off the tears of his fallen foes.

He's also probably pretty damn tired at this point.

I just thought it was funny because that article looked like a post from EliteDawgs....or whatever the Rebel version of EliteDawgs would be.

Yeah David Johnson's son is about to be playing on our OL, so he's slightly homerific.

But he's not wrong about the differences in their approach to the game. Mullen isn't a terrible person or anything, but he just sells the standard rivalry hate and that's not what Freeze puts into the Egg Bowl or any game. Both approaches work for them.

Yancy vs David

They should make a celebrity deathmatch about them

Hugh Freeze is like Chancellor Palpatine. He is just biding his time until he turns into the Emperor. CJ Johnson is his apprentice and Dan Mullens is Luke Skywalker.

Did you hear what he said after the Egg Bowl? He took a shot at the media and kinda took up for Mullen saying it was a shame that whoever loses this game gets raked over with hot coals by the media. Both teams have had great years and it says something that this game means something nationally now. I love him...

Freeze is awesome...can't imagine many coaches with better job security than him. He is beloved by the majority of the Rebel fanbase.

I think this is great.

But in the actual game he needs to be ruthless and get as many points as possible. I'm tired of potential comebacks.

Freeze is great, and I'm extremely glad he is ours, but I agree with this statement:
