I have a feeling a key member of last years video team left, because there is a clear drop in the quality of these videos.

The quality though... the ideas may be good, the message may be good... but the presentation has regressed greatly.
My favorite one from last year was Coming Home
And some other really good ones were The Way We Ball and obviously Landshark Symphony
You can tell the videos out this year so far aren't near as good as these.
