No, you're right. But we are an SEC team. We should be looking for more qualified people. Hell, my biggest complain was our sun-belt level coaching.

Is the longo hiring a done deal? Saw where one site mentioned Billy Napier as a possibility

My issue is watching their game last night was basically watching Ole Miss in the 2nd half of games this season. I saw nothing that said well that would fix this issue or that issue.

Your last statement is correct but when about every Ole Miss talking head is hearing the same whisper....hopefully it is like the NCAA Crapathon where they have been consistently off base on what they "glean" from behind the scene.

@SpiritChuck
Freeze is also taking into consideration Matt Luke as OC and bringing in a QB coach to assist. ...and other options. This deal is wide open.
I will fricking lose it.

I just read the same thing and felt the same way. I would seriously start to question Hugh ability to run a team

I've been questioning his ability to run a team for two months now. I think he's clueless and completely in over his head. 100% hope I eat crow.

Yep. And for the last week as this OC and DC hiring process has played out, I'm becoming more and more concerned we'll be looking for a new Head Coach in 2 years. It's crazy how much my feelings about this program have changed just in 1 year

^^^ So after 5 years at OM you're just now beginning to think he's in over his head? What about the previous four when all was fine?

Pretty sure half the fan base wants Luke gone. To make him oc would be signing his own release papers

When was all fine? When he was getting into twitter arguments with dumb fans? Or calling out fan loyalty in a press conference after embarrassing losses to florida and memphis? Inviting the NCAA to come visit? Choke jobs at MSU and LSU? Play calling issues after play calling issues. COREY BATOON?!

This is when I'd give up. He can't be serious with Luke (me) as OC.

I will always be a Rebel fan, but I seriously would find another hobby if that's who he hired.

If Luke becomes OC I'll have to find a better way to spend my fall Saturdays

I imagine if Luke becomes OC it will be easier for me to get season tickets for my first season as alumni.... now going to the games is a whole different story.

Same. I was already becoming indifferent but this would seal the deal.
