How many level 1 violations did ULL get?

Everybody seems to assume that a single level one violation = ban ban, yet ULL proves otherwise

Eta: I counted 4 Level 1 violations. No bowl ban

Another quick question: how in the Holy Hell are the 2 level 1 violations for Vaughn & Saunders credited to Ole Miss? All these media types are saying "8 Level 1 violations attributed to Freeze & his Football team" and 25% of them are FORMER employees lying after they already left the institution.

That Sanders stuff should have expired anyway. And let's not lose sight of the fact that all of the Tunsil stuff has already been punished and he was reinstated by the NCAA after they reviewed the evidence. The NOA was to formalize everything.

- There's no evidence of coaches "cheating"
- There's no evidence of buying recruits
- There's no institutional control issues

The only way I see them saying anything in regards to "institutional control" regarding the Football team would be the fact we weren't able to track what car Tunsil had. We admitted it and beefed up our compliance department. However, when a kid racks up something like 14 parking tickets to not let anyone track him there really isn't much you can do other than babysit the individual....which is a violation and requires said kid to pay $33 a night for sleeping on the couch

Someone posted on Nafxxm and it's very true. The NCAA has camped out in Oxford for almost 4 years. That, in and of itself it not fair. What other team has been watched as closely?

I just read some of the rant posts. I usually don't indulge myself with reading what others think about Ole Miss, but with the story coming out about the Egg Bowl and how fan bases on both sides have gotten more and more fanatic, I wanted to take a look for myself to see what was being said.

What I read wasn't just Ole Miss and state fans going after each other, but as a whole it appears the entire SEC is very scared of Ole Miss.

The only way to justify Ole Miss' success in their eyes is that Ole Miss' is somehow cheating their way to the top. Because obviously, it's the only way to get there.

It's sad in a way, why those who have enjoyed success can't see others have any. None of these folks were around in the 50's and 60's when Ole Miss was a great football program. We carried that racist tag through the 70's and 80's and now that athletes are coming to Ole Miss to see it for themselves it doesn't work for other schools to use the race card. The new card now is, "but they are cheaters." As with the "race card allegations there's no more cheating going on at Ole Miss than racism at other schools.

I hope to see the Rebels in ATL in the near future. It's obvious no one else wants or thinks we can get there.

But we didn't become Rebels because it was going to be easy.
