Well those are both huge things I hope become public very soon.

Anyone know if Tunsil would have to press charges on a criminal case or file a civil suit for the identity to be revealed?

If the FBI is involved I don't see them not pressing charges if they can prove a crime.

Well then y'all better hope we're squeaky clean. You realize once charges are filed documents could be subpoenad and become part of public record that the NCAA would have had no power in gathering otherwise?

It's a double edged sword. On one hand, we can get to the bottom of the attacks and slander, but it also opens up (potentially) a world of new evidence that the NCAA might not have gotten otherwise

Kind of the reason I asked. In a criminal case, the subject matter is irrelevant? If no civil case is filed..... connect the dots.

Yeah we will see how it goes. They would probably just focus on the breaking into the accounts and not really care above the content because that's the crime. But if what Chuck is saying is true it's all good.

Over on NAFOOM they are saying there is a lot of debate going on in the Spirit rooms about the FBI story. I believe Brad Logan is getting his info along with Chuck.

Y'all? We better hope. The administration did say they were going to investigate? I'd like to think they would not press the issue if there was something more to hide.

I don't see how the content of the hack is relevant unless it leads to another crime that would interest the FBI. The only thing that would concern the FBI would be the IP address logged from twitter and instagram.
