If 4&25 doesn't happen, was Swag a Heisman finalist?

I think yes considering his stats were incredible and the field was very weak. He probably replaces Derrick Henry based on that alone.

If that doesn't happen, do we still win out? I tend to think so since we dominated out last two opponents. But you can not say definitely so. If 4th and 25 does not happen, everything after that moment is different, including how we approach those games.
But for spirit of your question, yes, I think he would have been a finalist in that scenario.

Possibly. I think Ole Miss really needs to campaign for Swag this year. He was definitely under appreciated.
I think the Florida blow out and Memphis lost were a bigger deal, though.

Agreed. The Florida loss in particular was bad bc it was a blowout on national tv and was the premiere game that evening following our great start to the year. Memphis was somewhat lost in the shuffle in comparison.

Memphis loss and Florida loss did him in. Heisman winners don't lose those games. Or it least they don't play that poorly in those games.
