That the Sugar Bowl is a pretty good consolation prize to not making the SECCG.

This feels like how we felt in 2003 with Dallas and the Cotton Bowl.

I'm freaking pumped about the Sugar Bowl. Historically one of the most prestigious bowl games there is, right there with the Rose Bowl.

New Years night, Everyone watches football on new years and it's the prime time game.

I can tailgate in my front yard and UBER to the dome for $10, so that's gonna be great.

However, now that I've said all of this Florida is going to miraculously beat Bama and ship our asses to Orlando.

I think it's a little bigger than that. The Cotton Bowl wasn't as a big of a bowl back then. Sugar Bowl > Cotton Bowl. Maybe nowadays that could be up for debate, but I just think the Sugar Bowl has more prestige. Besides, who wouldn't wanna go to the Dome and New Orleans for New Years?

I'll be extremely happy if we make the Sugar Bowl, that's a lot better than I would have thought we would do at the beginning of the season.
