The ONLY thing I can think of is that Hugh either knows that Gary isn't reliable at all at that distance or Gary told him during the TO he wasn't ready

I don't necessarily disagree with the call. It was just a bad decision to make that throw. If someone was wide open in the end zone then take a shot. Otherwise check down and hit someone on the sideline or immediately throw it out of bounds. The fricking delay of game penalty is what killed us on that last drive.
