QBs and offense looking good. Verdict still out on the defense.

I always like to see what we got for next year. Might as well watch our good talent while we have it.

We need to redshirt every decent player that we have.

Yea that was pretty awesome. I like what the coaches have done with Pellerin, putting him at H-back. He can catch and he's a big athletic guy, I could see us using some trick plays with him. Glad to see we have some decent insurance behind Shea too. I thought Ta'amu looked great today. Our WR core looks just as good as last year as well. I'm pretty excited.

Our administration needs to do everything they can to keep Freeze. I think he is the only one that can keep us somewhat competitive and rebuild us after all the NCAA hits.

I love Hugh Freeze, but I just don't see it happening, I think it all depends on how bad the penalties against us are.

Unless they give him a showcause for multiple years, keep him.

Can you imagine the butthurt from other fanbases if he got a 1 year showcause and we kept him?

Obviously just a practice, but for as much hype as the OL Is getting, I thought the DL performed very well. Wiley had a few flashes and I think we'll have a solid 2 deep on that side. Good to see several positions improving as well as several players getting more involved, like Pellerin. I think this fall will still be interesting.

Obviously will not start but Ta'amu was my biggest surprise.

Offense will click ... defense will give it up.. Hopefully the defense can slow them down just enough..

Points will not be an issue though.

Not t so certain the D will "give it up". Heard a bunch of "they couldn't tackle" and "slow" coming from the Puppies yesterday. I watched the replay and for a spring game they were no where near as bad as last year when we had DBs playing 10 yards off on 3rd & 3 or LBs that couldn't shed a block or have gap assignment.

My surprises on offense were Ta'amu & Brazely could be a good change of pace RB. Pennamon looked indecisive and not enough of TE play from yesterday to know anything.

The D was just plain vanilla but look sound fundamentally. Would like to see better safety play and to identify who the roataional players on DL will be and if there will be a huge drop off when they are in.

Was D. Lodge hurt? Didn't see him at all.

Who was that RB, scat back #21 I think. Thought he was pretty good.

Was Pellerin ok? Saw he was a little gimpy on the sidelines.

We have to find a way to pay someone a bribe to only get one year of post season ban lol. This team could be hell next year with a team full of experienced stars!
