We are gonna beat Bama in 2 weeks. This team is TALENTED. And Kelly has the arm and skill set to do it.

I am 100% drunk on Kool aid right now and I don't even care. I'm gonna talk so much shite Bama weekend oh my it's gonna be good

It all depends on Tunsil IMO. Y'all are definitely talented enough to get it done.

I feel a lot better about our team after that game but I'm still going to wait another week after we've played a better team till I start making predictions.

Fresno would beat UTm by 20

I want to see the O-line protecting Kelly and the running game against Fresno before I get all confident. But I think Kelly is good and we will have a solid chance at beating Bama.

Not to be a negarebel, but I saw a lot of arm tackles and general lack of physicality on defense. We'll miss Shack and Bird before the season is over.

Ken Webster is our most physical corner.

CK looked good.

We are definitely better this year. I think that's easy to see.

Not to be a downer, but have to keep in perspective that Bama still has way more talent.

I liked what I saw today from the offense (ie. I thought the D looked lethargic) but please remember that this was UT Martin.

Eh, they've had a better recruiting class than you and us for what, 10 years straight? Saying they don't have more talent is moronic.

You can't be all the way turned up every game. You've seen it before. This will be a different team vs SEC schools. It sucks bama is your first legit contest but this might be one hell of a year to get them in their house.

Both OM and Bama were questionable at QB only this year. I don't see them walking away from today feeling any better than you guys.

Defense was out of position and lacked leadership.

It appears the lack of presence by Hilton and CJ, was apparent on the field.

They didn't look like a defense that knew CJ and Mike Hilton would not be playing today.

It's hard to complain about the effort in this game or the result, but yes the coaches will have plenty from the game film to work with the players during the week.

Considering there were 4 or 5 starters not playing it was a good result.

A. Morris, Rod Taylor, Tunsil, CJ and Hilton. I did see A. Morris get in some snaps though.

Yeah, we didn't get that landshark, laying wood defense compared to last year's excitint opener against Boise, maybe.

But I thought they did a good job just playing assignment football and making wrap up tackles. Idk how many people got field time on D (at least 32 players with at least 1 recorded tackle), but c'mon its not like they got pushed around like Tennessee did yesterday.
