This could happen if Ole Miss sees that they are being unfairly treated and opt to sue the NCAA.

I think if this falls back on state, they could find themselves in more trouble than they bargained. This whole involvement on their part could become more damaging to their program than Ole Miss'.

Ole miss isn't suing the NCAA. Jesus. We are just bargaining to prevent a show cause and 2 year bowl ban

I wish people would stop saying this or that we will get totally off due to scaring them away. Haven't seen anyone here saying that but damn if some people are delusional enough to believe that shite!

The NCAA is on a mission to get rid of CHF. If they go all out to penalize Ole Miss, by placing a show cause on Freeze and suspension of his services, the University will sue the NCAA.

The NCAA has a recent history of poor investigations and should back down from the goal they had 4 years ago, when they arrived on campus. But if they do not, and attempt to impose multiple year bowl bans and a show cause and suspension of Freeze, then they will end up in court.

Chuck posted this morning that more lawsuits are being served that are separate from rebel rags.

You might see the 14 boosters listed in the letter, all file lawsuits. I would like to know how LL remembered all the names to the boosters he claims to have met. Maybe it was on letter head from Dan Mullen's office.

This is starting to sound and look more and more like a set up attempt by state and LL. Let's go with all the rumors that are out there and admit to them, eventhough we can't prove it.

Afterall we all knew it was coming, everyone at state already predicted what was going to happen. Sounds and appears there may be a reason why they were in front of the findings by the NCAA.

I hope we continue to put the pressure on state and all who were involved.

And what about the timing of Mullen's addition to the oversight committee? We get our first NOA in Jan., 2016 and Mullen is put on the oversight committee in April, the same month the Tunsil draft debacle occurs. Yet before this happened, Steve Robertson reported we'd get a 2nd NOA and hinted that something interesting would happen in Chicago. Our 2nd NOA came in Feb. 2017, months after being reported by Robertson. In the meantime, the NCAA is conducting interviews behind our backs with Leo & Kobe. Councidence? I think not!

We all joked at the time that LL was a Mullen spy and only continued to be recruited by OM in order to get dirt on Freeze and those damn dirty Rebs.

Turns out that we may have been on to something the whole time

Agreed.

My girlfriend's father is a lifelong Auburn fan, and he has told me several times that from his outsider perspective, it definitely seems to him that the NCAA is out to get us, and that the rest of the SEC in general got tired of losing to us during the Bo Wallace era, State especially.

I don't give a shite about all this NCAA stuff. I haven't kept up with it since it started. Either way we're screwed. Now let's beat LSU and MSU.
