8-year show cause, because . . .
** 5 recruits received fraudulent ACT scores
** he lied to NCAA
** he failed to cooperate in investigation
** paid a recruit $6500 over 2 semesters
What penalties/scholarship reductions/bowl ban/TV ban . . . did ULL receive?

Avoided bowl ban due to cooperation but..
- vacated 22 games, 2 bowl victories
- reduction of 3 new scholarships per year for 2 years
- reduction of 5 total scholarships per year one year and 3 for the next couple years
Plus some other restrictions like official visits. And they didn't have all the other crap we have going on.

So the vacated games/bowl wins were the games the "ACT 5" participated in?
11 scholarships lost.
Did the NCAA accept in total the self-imposed penalties?
