This is bad...

Regarding Freeze, we threw him under the bus. He fricked up...so it says...but he gets career killing punishment because he spoke up about his beliefs and faltered? Never in a million years would I have thought Freeze would get canned for cheating before AK.

Cheers to the Freeze era. It was, unquestionably, the most fun era we've been apart of and may ever be apart of.

As for Rosebowl, he ruined a family and a life because of his fanhood. Honestly wish nothing but the worst...ironic considering he is a self-proclaimed "huge frick-up" #helloelitedawgs

This video says it all in my opinion

I wish no ill will upon freeze but dude you cheat on your wife and you do that type of stuff to your kids what kind of man are you what kind of father figure are you being not a very good one. We all make mistakes but if you're going to tout being a holier-than-thou type of person you better make damn sure you're squeaky clean. Don't blame other people you have to take accountability for your problems for your addictions for your actions it doesn't mean that you're a terrible person but it does mean that if you have issues you have to deal with them you don't keep cheating on your wife and his poor f****** kids think about that they are going to be ridiculed for what their father is done their lives are going to be absolutely fuked up for 5 years.

He did this to himself and he has nobody to blame but himself. I like the guy I didn't like all the religious stuff but I like them at a man and I like him as a coach and I've lost a lot of respect for him I don't wish ill will on it but I've lost a lot of respect for him.

I feel bad for the football players they bought into some sort of system that was all based on lies it was all lies not one bit of truth to it and I don't blame them if they leave and I'll be pissed off as everybody else but I won't blame them how can you follow a guy like that. You can't use religion to convince people that you're some great guy and then all the sudden go hey I've been f****** up this whole time on purpose but I digress 2 a.m. in the morning and I'm f****** pissed off

Everyone falls short man...don't forget that. You do speak as negatively about your friend who cheated on his wife? I doubt it...wonder why? You seen the former and present players speaking up in support?

Maybe it's me holding out on believing, but I think this whole thing is absurd.

I tend toward Craig's view. When you hold yourself as a preacher/coach and tell players to follow the straight and narrow, then you are a religious role model.

No one else in the SEC does this. Not Saban, O, Muffin, Smart, Mc the Shark, Big ol' Bert, etc.

And, no one else in the SEC would have been fired for this transgression.

I don't think anyone here is defending Freeze's actions. However, it
some of MS State's bloggers took it to far for personal gain and I wonder
if they were being fed info or if they had unofficial backing . I ca tell you
there are a lot of coaches who are nervous about who might be requesting
their phone records.

Based upon what Bjork said has we wondering if the escort call was just a "butt dial" but lead to uncovering something else.

This whole ordeal kind of reminds me of the mess that occurred in Thad's last
election.

Dude. You don't know what they transgression is. And it's not "a" transgression. It is a multiple year pattern of multiple transgressions. And I can assure you that when the details come out: Every single coach in the conference would be fired for what he has been doing. Including the Dwarf.

Thad's wife had been in a nursing home for 15 years. During that time, he had been living with Kay, who had been his girlfriend for more than 20 years.

I don't see any parallels at all

In the fact that supporters of one side went to great lengths to dig up dirt.
Wouldn't you call certain MS State bloggers rabid ?

Dude...I like the shite out of you, but you've got to let it go.

Freeze was an incompetent idiot at best; a cheating, kying scumbag at worst. Either one is something we don't need and something our AD stood behind for far too long. The bad he has caused this program will never be outweighed by the good. It's going to take triple the time we spent being happy to recover our image and get back to anything near relevant.

I'd argue he did more to destroy this program than Nutt did. At least he didn't destroy our entire image.

It's been beyond time to move on. I've been fed up with his holler than thou, untouchable attitude since draft night. He's acted like he was spotless this whole time, and that was completely untrue.

frick Freeze. frick Bjork. frick it all. Burn it down.

I'm not denying Freeze and company don't deserve what's coming. Don't make
the methods used legitimate. If it's allowed to continue other schools will be dragged
through this same mess. Ole Miss will clean house after this season and will be held
to a higher standard by everyone for a decade.

Thad is a POS but it's different because Freeze claims to be a role model. He set a different bar for himself.

I really doubt that they were. Bjork & Vitter said that the pattern of personal misconduct had nothing to do with the NCAA and if he hadn't resigned they would have exercised the moral clause. I betcha if it wasn't run of the mill dial a hooker while on the road that they found he had an affair. If he would lie about either one of those then he'd lie about anything.
